A lawsuit that started years ago, Juliana v. United States, is receiving some attention again. A group of young people are taking on the government over climate change. They are fighting to prove the federal government violated their constitutional rights by not protecting children of today and the future from the effects of climate change. Sticking with climate change, it is believed to be one of the biggest risks to business in the future. Environmental risks are expected to hurt supply chains.
Besides climate change, Lynn is also discussing the Democrats choices for 2020. Many in the establishment believe the safe choice is the way to go, but Lynn isn't sure. Thinking outside the box might be the better option. Recent safe choices haven't gotten elected.
