In sad news, for the first time 25 years, Ruth Bader Ginsburg missed oral arguments yesterday. Both are sending her well wishes for a speedy recovery. They are also talking about On the Basis of Sex, which Susan saw recently, and the amazing relationship between RBG and her husband, Marty.
On a lighter note there is a new Pho restaurant in New Hampshire that is causing quite a stir with it's name.
