Learn about better bus transit and joint efforts to build affordable housing, provide free bus passes, increase food access, and address pedestrian and bike needs. Dance to tunes spun by DJ Shoe, play transit-related party games, and enjoy appetizers and drinks. All attendees will get a free Ride with Us, Rise with Us poster designed by Christina Acuna Castillo.
🎁 Nightmares Before Christmas at Scenario. 10 p.m. 1005 East Carson St., South Side. $15 presale/20 at the door. scenariopgh.com – On Friday the 13th, Scenario transforms into Halloween Town for Nightmares Before Christmas, featuring a long list of local and out-of-town DJs spinning drum and bass, dubstep, spooky experimental jams, and more. Wear your best Halloween or holiday get-up as you warm up the dance floor to music by Cyber G, Sean 2:16, Kinetik, Mr. Yukk, and many more. In the giving spirit of the season, 13% of the proceeds from the event will go to a local homeless shelter.
