I only watch Animal Planet to learn about treehouses. (I would rather see animals in person than on TV.) And I’m not even super into treehouses, but an upcoming episode of
Treehouse Masters piqued my interest.
Tonight, Pittsburghers should join me in my new tree house obsession because a special Pittsburgh guest is featured: Steelers wide receiver
Antonio Brown.
Since the premiere of
Treehouse Masters in 2013, the scale and quality of the treehouses built by Pete Nelson have upgraded from treehouses to tree-mansions. In recent seasons, especially the current one, the treehouses on the show are nicer than most people’s homes. Brown’s is no exception.
The two-story structure built in Gibsonia is a "luxury skybox" overlooking his custom basketball court and football field. So far, it's been revealed that inside is a floor to ceiling glass wall, air-conditioning installed by Butler-based company Kennihan, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, and a private bathroom. But, considering that
Brown is known for his showmanship, there should have been little question the treehouse would match his personality. For now, we’ll just a have to wait until tonight ... unless AB wants to invite us over?
Antonio, if you’re reading this, I messaged you on Instagram. Can I interview you in the treehouse? Please reply. P.S. is Le’Veon hiding out in there?
Antonio Brown’s episode of Treehouse Masters
premieres tonight at 8 p.m. on Animal Planet.
