Hermes and Martha watched over last night’s yoga class at the Humane Animal Rescue’s Wildlife Center in Verona with wide-open eyes. Instructors? Nope, owls. The two birds were brought outside to sit on perches during the session for Y-OWL-ga, an event giving animal-lovers the opportunity to practice yoga and meet live owls, and help raise money for the local animal shelter.
Whoooooooo is the best yogi in town? Check out our photos from last night’s class below. Then click here for more info on two upcoming Y-OWL-ga sessions at the Wildlife Center in September.
