Bummed that yet another postponed concert turned into a full-one canceled concert? (lookin' at you, Replacements and Interpol). Don't worry, there are plenty of other things to look forward to ... and most of them will probably happen, right?

On July 14, Talib Kweli appears at Altar Bar with Space Invadas as part of Kweli's  "The Midsummer Night's Dream" Tour ($23-25, on sale Friday).

Cracker, responsible for one of my secret favorite songs, plays the Rex Theater on July 22 ($20-23, on sale Saturday). I Prevail, Dangerkids, Fit For Rivals and Dayseeker appear at the Rex on July 23 ($15-18, on sale Saturday).

Instead of Sleeping plays the Smiling Moose on June 19 ($10-12, on sale now); Marriages and Creepoid appear at that venue on July 23 ($12, on sale now); Prawn stops by on August 18 ($10, on sale Friday); and 7 Minutes In Heaven plays on July 20 ($12-14, on sale now).

At Spirit, Empires makes a stop on July 19 ($10, on sale now); Surfer Blood plays there on July 14 ($10, on sale now).

Sweden's supremely entertaining Ghost comes to Stage AE on September 25 ($26.10-27.60, on sale Friday)

Stars plays Mr. Small's Theatre on October 9 ($20-22, on sale now).
