Meditation in Everyday Life

A 5-week course "Meditation in Everyday Life" meets Wednesdays 7 to 9 p.m., September 14 – October 12. It is designed to provide students with the introductory tools and teachings for working with meditation in everyday life. No previous experience with meditation is necessary. Please register online in advance if possible.
