The Flats on Carson just turned a year old, and judging by revelers' Instagram pics, its birthday party looked like a blast. The multi-level bar here boasts more than 50 beers — a selection of them rotating drafts — 25 whiskeys, and seasonal craft cocktails. The menu offers appetizers, including Sam Adams Cheesy Beer pretzel dip, and a number of salads, tacos and flatbreads.
