Trump’s crude comments in Latrobe about Arnold Palmer said everything you need to know about him. Palmer’s daughter said her father would be appalled by Trump’s vulgarity and lack of character. He would have been enraged that Trump stripped him bare and spoke about his genitals to cheers from the crowd in his hometown. That level of crudity speaks to the rot in our culture and why Donald Trump may well be the loathsome embodiment of America’s decline.
