The Flotsam River Circus kicked off their Ohio River Tour in Pittsburgh over the weekend entertaining crowds with acrobatics, elaborate stunts, and balancing acts from their ramshackle raft. The crew, captained by Jason Webley, are making stops in Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, and Kentucky throughout August and September.
