Kaibur Coffee has been a Polish Hill staple for years. New owners Sarah Spurgeon and Adam Vandivier have maintained the shop’s high standard for quality ingredients while putting their own spin on a few things. The husband and wife team have been able to lower costs on the menu without sacrificing excellence by working with local vendors and implementing new approaches, such as making their plant-based milks in house.
