The 3rd annual Steel City Duck Derby brought Pittsburghers to Allegheny Commons Park to watch approximately 10,000 rubber ducks race down Lake Elizabeth on Saturday, April 21. Attendees purchased ducks for five dollars each to support the Partners for Quality Foundation, a group of nonprofit organizations that support about 4,000 locals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
