This includes assisting with protecting land across Allegheny County and beyond through the acquisition of land as conservation areas, green spaces, and gardens, applying protections through conservation easements and other tools, and helping other individuals, organizations, and governments protect their land. Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be able to work as part of a counseling team and be supported through regular counseling treatment team meetings. Areas of focus in this position would be providing counseling to adults who have experienced grief, loss, or trauma, and providing specific services in the areas of reproduction, infertility, post-partum support, pregnancy and child loss, and parents adjusting to the medical or developmental diagnosis of a child.
