Lynn talked about the endless and horrifying Israel-Gaza War and how both Palestinians and Israelis have been grievously ill-served by their governments. She talked about the power of the ultra-orthodox right in Israel and how they control Netanyahu, even though it was the secular Jews who founded and built the land into the powerful, productive nation it became.
On a lighter note, she talked about women dining in public alone and how they are seen as either pitiable or brave. Lynn thinks they’re just hungry.
