The 50th anniversary of the moon landing over the weekend has caused many to look back at the newspapers saved from the time. In the Chicago Daily News there was also an article by Sydney Harris on the 'love it or leave it' mentality. After 50 years the country is still dealing with the same issues. The obituary of the day is Paul Krassner who died at 87 on Sunday. He's known for being a writer for Mad magazine, Yippies Founder, prankster, and creator of The Realist. In addition, Lynn is talking about the reporting the Washington Post has been doing on the opioid crisis. They have a resource on their website that maps out the crisis showing the pills being used in each state, where they are coming from, and the number of deaths.
