YOU Fit Bootcamp Fitness Class

YOU Fit We all come to fitness with different goals and motivators. Whether yours is to burn fat, build muscle, have more energy, shake off some stressors or even just to bounce back from a late Friday night out, all fitness levels from beginner to advanced are invited to join us for YOU Fit. This 45 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout will get you sweating, but encourages you to make the moves work for YOU so that you can achieve your personal best.
