(optional) Reflective journaling 7:30 - 8:00 p.m. (bring your own journal)
This class is designed for the unique needs of those with PTSD and Trauma who are looking for a safe place to begin to heal. Specific language, breathing and poses will help create transformation. This class is taught by a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instructor.
(no prior experience is required, please bring your own mat.)
