Wool Weekend: Guest Artists from the Society for Creative Anachronism Fiber Guild

Celebrate the season by recognizing the favorite fibers that keep us warm: WOOL! See how wool is made into yarn. Enjoy wool-spinning demos on a 200-year-old wheel, try your hand at combing, carding or felting, and feel a variety of wools from different animals. Then head to the MAKESHOP to see how we use fibers to make clothes and accessories. We'll explore finger knitting, weaving and more!
