Join the Animal Rescue League and Western PA Humane Society along with Camp Bow Wow on Sunday, October 30th at Wigle Whiskey Barrelhouse & Whiskey Garden for one spooktacular Howl-O-Ween party! This free pup-friendly event will feature live musical entertainment by members of The Weathered Road, a costume contest, photo booth, free giveaways, and much more!
