lets be completely honest, the gun was pulled as a result of the confrontation, it had nothing to do with the fact that the victim was gay "The confrontation quickly escalated" key word being confrontation, it isnt like he called them gay and pulled a gun. am I justifying the fact that he did it no, an arrest needs to be made off the basic fact that there is a nut running around pulling guns on people.
