Wellness Wednesday - Tai Chi

This low impact class will improve one’s balance, posture as well as better mental focus by creating a calm and clear mind. Additional benefits include an increase in muscle tone, strength, and flexibility, making functional day-to-day activities easier and more enjoyable. The class will take place by Lake Elizabeth, W North Ave and Monterey St. Please note: Class will be moved to the gymnasium at the YMCA if it is raining.
