"Richard Parsakian costumes a lot of local shows and helps with costumes when movies come to town, so he can look at something and figure it out pretty fast. A lot of people think his store is a thrift shop, but it’s not. It’s vintage. He’s very proud of what he has there. He curates all the pieces. It’s almost like a museum," Colombo says.
