One of the Dangerous Intersections: Highland Street and Centre Avenue
All are invited to participate in this (free) 1-hour walking tour of Shadyside pedestrian infrastructure hosted by the Shadyside Complete Streets group. On the walk, we will highlight dangerous intersections and also good infrastructure. We will discuss improvements that can be made so our neighborhood will be safer for pedestrians and cyclists, and what we all can do to support those changes. “Pedestrians” include walkers, joggers, wheelchair users, children of all ages, folks with canes and walkers and strollers, elderly, people with asthma, and not-agile people. Let’s walk together and talk about how to make our community safer for all.
