I am absolutely for gender equity. In fact, I believe the glass ceiling will never be truly broken until at least half of all work-place fatalities are inflicted upon women. As it stands, men suffer about 98% of workplace deaths, so we've got a lot of work to do to ensure that more women start dying on the job - its for equality goy!
