Get fit and active on the trails around the Frick Environmental Center. All are welcome, and hike pace is determined by the hike leader based on the group.
This hike is designed for park pals ages 50+. It's not designed to be strenuous, but Pittsburgh is a hilly place so there will be some ups and downs. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
