The Compassionate Practice of Thich Nhat Hanh 

When: Mon., Feb. 8, 7 p.m. 2016
Deborah Brooks & Martha O’Grady, members of the Order of Interbeing, a community of monastics & lay people established by Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh--will introduce attendees to several basic Plum Village mindfulness practices, lead a guided meditation on compassion & answer questions about how mindfulness can nurture our inherent capacity of healing & renewal.
