Friends and family of Jason Jackson, aka Big Hus, are taking to social media to mourn and remember The Burgh Boyz member after a fatal car crash Saturday afternoon. Jackson was an online radio host, who talked about Pittsburgh's rap and hip-hop scenes.

While attempting to get Jackson's disabled car going again, Jackson and Landen Manning Jones, who pulled behind Jackson to assist, either fell or jumped from the Parkway East onto Second Avenue after a third vehicle hit the back of Jones' car. When Jackson and Jones fell on to Second Avenue, they were hit by another car. Both Jackson and Jones were killed in the incident.

Jackson is survived by his mother and four children: Jason Jr., Jada, Jaymier, and Jayonna. Friends of The Burgh Boyz member created a GoFundMe in his memory to help assist his family during this difficult time.

"Jason was funny, always full of energy, and he loved his children," reads the GoFundMe page. "We are asking for donations on behalf of his family to provide as much financial support to his Mother and children as possible."

The Burgh Boyz, which started in 2017, is a weekly live online radio show that focuses on the hip hop and rap scene in Pittsburgh and has featured guests like Wiz Khalifa, Flatline Nizzy, Benji., and more.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, more than 37,000 people were killed in U.S. car crashes in 2017. And deaths by vehicle miles traveled has been slowing rising since 2010.
