Each work created by Tea Haze and Takara Canty represents individuals' life in context to life stages currently. This collection allows the audience to connect no matter the race, gender, religion, abilities or traumas. The works transform these life experiences of pain and growth into art. Tea is an activist, graduate student, writer, and surrealist artist studying at Point Park. Tea’s art serves as a dystopian outlet for the expression of grief, trauma, mysticism, and existential dread. Takara is a classically trained visual artist from Garfield Heights who’s appreciation and talent evolved from an early age, inspired by her mother.
