DO NOT EAT AT THE EL CAMPISINO IN NORTH FAYETTE! My friend and I have been there two times and have gotten sick two times. We gave the place the benefit of the doubt the first time, but once we got sick the second time, we both went to the hospital and it was determinted we had food poisoning. I had a chicken and beef burrito, my friend had chicken fajitas. We both had sour cream and quacamole. It was during lunch time. We have reported this restaurant to the health department due to the second instance. When I called to speak with the restaurant about the poisoning, the managers already broken english got considerably worse and he hung up. Have you ever had food poisoning? If you don't want to get it, then don't eat there...
