In Sing, Unburied Sing, Thirteen-year-old Jojo is living with his grandparents. With parents that have a habit of putting themselves before their children, Jojo is struggling to understand what it means to become a man. His mother, a drug addict, packs up the kids when their father is released from Jail which turns into a nightmarish road trip to the state penitentiary. Jojo will learn about fathers and sons, love and violence from a surprising and unlikely character. Please join us in discussing this vibrant and lyrically written book.
