The Pittsburgh-based six-piece is made up of Adam Vasko, Anthony Bello, Mark Jackovic, Mark Ondrey, Nick Bello, and Dave Carrera – six musicians with a vast and storied musical background. Fusing together elements of rock, jazz, and funk, Slam Band and Sam’s modus operandi is one of layered simplicity – one that puts music and the compositional process wholly first. They blend a mix of funk, jazz and rock creating their own unique sound.
