Re: “A Tough Hill to Climb

Good Article. I wish you would have explored Pittsburgh United’s role a bit more. From what I can tell (hear) alot of people involved with One Hill and others in the Hill feel that Pittsburgh United has no idea what they are doing but that they are trying to control the CBA process AND are using the Hill District as their lab rat. And that because they are funded by Downtown foundations they have the money so OneHill feels like they have to give them everything they want even if it is not to benefit the Hill District. Sounds like the good ol' days, eh? Hopefully OneHill will be able to control its own future without the heavy handed forces of control from Downtown. Speaking of Downtown, what's up with Councilwoman Payne? No comment? Based on your story her cronies are all throughout the organization, but she has no comment? I think she doesn't have a comment because she still hasn't figured out how to maneuver between working for her district and working for the Penguins. Ha! I hope they’re careful with her role in this whole thing. More articles on the Hill, such an interesting community!
