There is high demand for homes that are new construction in this price range. No matter where you put them they will sell, and affordability doesn't always mean voucher. I hope this project sees great success along with the sustainability aspect. This part of the neighborhood (St. Clair) needs a refreshed look and to reestablish its reputation.
