CP REVIEW: This cozy neighborhood bistro reflects a concerted effort to translate the European neighborhood cafe -- warm, welcoming, unpretentious yet delicious -- to Pittsburgh. Despite bits of Asian fusion, the selections are classic Low Country fare such as Belgian beef roast stewed with beer, and Italian influences in risotto, sausage and polenta. [March 17, 2005]
