The August Wilson African American Cultural Center honors the legacy of Civil Rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. with the fourth annual Poetry Unplugged. Hosted by Mahogany Browne, the night includes work inspired by the life and work of MLK. Featured acts include Detroit-based poet jessica Care moore, spoken-word recording artist Ursula Rucker, and other spoken-word artists and musicians from across the country.
