This contract will not see the light of day as long as neighborhoods in the city of Pittsburgh can't receive broadband service from Verizon. Verizon wants to pick and choose what neighborhoods it wishes to provide services.
We have been struggling with Verizon for over 4 years to bring broadband to the three neighborhoods of this Ward. Verizon has been silent.
