One college, One Community Reads! Kickoff Celebration

Join us for the One College, One Community Reads! kickoff program to celebrate Toni Morrison's book, The Bluest Eye. Keynote speaker, Dr. Veronica Watson, an IUP English Professor, will present "The Secret of the Sound: Morrison's Courageous Voice and the Imperative of Responsible Listening." A dance performance, dramatic presentation and reception is also included in the celebration that launches the month-long series of events to promote reading and open dialogue within the Pittsburgh community.
