Minus the Bear

After 17 years, Minus the Bear is calling it a day. Before that happens, however, the Seattle-based indie rock band will stop at Mr. Smalls Theatre as part of a North American farewell tour. The group — now consisting of Jake Snider, Dave Knudson, Cory Murchy, and Alex Rose, as well as touring member Joshua Sparks — will dig deep into its catalogue for the final Pittsburgh show, going back to early albums like 2001's This Is What I Know About Being Gigantic. They may also break out some selections from the final EP, Fair Enough, which is out on October 19.
