I have the privelige of knowing this young lady. Lauren is my trainer at the YMCA in Indiana PA. She is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer. She has taught me a lot of things about techniques and ways to improve my workouts. I thought I knew it all! Best of all the hour goes fast and I actually look forward to my workouts. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to get into shape. She has a great personality and isn't pushy or anything like that-she is very likable and easy to be around.
