I'm with the police 95% of the time but not on this one, at what point do you stop beating and cuff him? There will be a huge lawsuit on this one and residents will have to pay, there was no good reason for the brutality on this one. Mayor Peduto needs to wake up and remove the rotten apples in this video. If I'm on the jury it will be a big "GUILTY".
