Lynn is picking up today's show right where she left off yesterday, discussing the separating of children from parents. Tonight is the first opportunity in Pittsburgh to take to the streets. All the information can be found in the link below.
Also, Holy Family Institute, housing some of these children from age 4 to 14, is asking for donations to help care for the kids. Here are some of the items they need.
- Suitcases - carry on size
- Art supplies
- Model building kits
- Flip flops
- Board games
- English grammar books
- Children’s books in Spanish
- School supplies
- Birthday party supplies
Gift cards to places like Target, Best Buy, Joann Fabrics, Walmart, and Dicks will aid them in getting supplies as well.
They are not accepting clothing and stuffed animals.
Donations can be dropped off at Holy Family: 8235 Ohio River Blvd or Cyclops Cafe in Bellevue.
