The best thing that could happen to these "problem children" is to send them to Boot Camp. No other setting will help. The kind of schooling that "Mr. Roosevelt" brought in will never work. They will attend Clayton Academy and then return to disrubpt the classes at their former schools. Worked in the school district, left the school district. Let's not waste more money. Mr. Roosevelt, get your act together.
