Jumpstart for a Day Spring Celebration

Jumpstart Pittsburgh's mission is to promote language and literacy for young learners in fun and interactive ways. We have a presence in many Pittsburgh Public preschools and planned this event for the benefit of families in these communities. Come out to the Community Engagement Center anywhere from 10:30 AM-1 PM for spring related activities: poetry, writing your own poetry, painting flower pots, yoga, and literacy-related matching activities. Materials for your young learners to take home will also be provided. All activities are created for preschool-aged children but all ages and families are welcome.
