Jump Cut's 4th of July Party

Salute the flag of microcinema with Jump Cut's 4th of July Party at Glitter Box Theater. Jump Cut is bringing the beer, food, and projectors, while Pittsburgh experimental film group Flea Market Films supplies a 16 mm film program of "space age nationalism, wide-eyed home movies, drive-in movie trailers, cringe-inducing civics lessons," and more. Or, put more succinctly, "It's like America put into a blender and projected onto a screen." Freedom isn't free and neither is this event, but $10 ain't bad for a night of good films, good people, and good food.
