October 11 – The Key to Happiness: Cherishing Others October 18 – Finding Shelter from the Storm: Buddhist Refuge Practice October 25 – Becoming a Modern-Day Bodhisattva: Meditations on Love and Compassion Our meditation classes are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, ideas, and practice. A typical class consists of two guided meditations, a teaching on a Buddhist topic, and optional class discussion. Everyone is welcome!
