Intro to Fermented Vegetables

‘Tis the season for preservation – upcycle your garden and local farmers’ harvest! Enter the world of microbes in this workshop to learn about the nutritional benefits of ferments and assist with the process of making sauerkraut and kimchi. Participants will walk away with a basic understanding of how to transform raw vegetables into tasty and vibrant fermented products at home. Bring a clean pint-size jar to take some kraut home with you!
