Incadescent Obsolescent

Analog Liberation Darkroom Cooperative opens its inaugural member show, "Incandescent Obsolescent", at the Irma Freeman Center for Imagination on Friday, December 6th. The darkroom cooperative consists of a group of photographers and visual artists who have created a communal space for production of film-based art and media on Pittsburgh's South Side. The work is unified by a hands-on approach to image production, the unique aesthetic qualities of darkroom products, and a shared wonder at the chemical magic inherent in these processes. Darkroom produced prints, hand processed color media, and other light-sensitive artifacts will be on display.
