CP REVIEW: Half cottage, half castle, Hyeholde is housed in a little fantasy building dating to the 1930s. The splendidly landscaped grounds host outdoor pig roasts, clambakes and picnics in the summer. Unusual meats -- elk, ostrich -- are combined with fresh, local ingredients in preparations that join classic and contemporary and offer the exquisitely rare experience of eating art. [July 7, 2005]
