Hi-Tech, Bye-Tech: Pros and Cons of Digital Technology in the Classroom

This workshop is aimed at K12 educators who are interested in exploring the changing landscape of attention and connection in the digital age. Through the use of activities rooted in theater, music, and mindfulness as well as discussion and group reflection, we will look at our relationship to technology, each other, and the young people we work with. Participants do not need any artistic background to take part! You will come away from this workshop with a toolbox of activities, games and resources that you can use in your classroom to begin conversations with your students about this topic.
