I believe that both plans are the same as they originated from the same source. Because they are the same we can not allow them to define the Politian but should look beyond them to the larger political positions of each candidate. As for the discussion of which neighborhood gets what or put onto a list for development, it is in material, the bottom line for development will alway rest on the shoulders of the community action through planning or inaction.
